I havent dived it in a while but my delta 3 breathed a little wet when upside down, but not all that bad. I don't recall it being difficult to breath in any position though.

The weight pouches are held in very securely (I wouldnt have thought that by looking at them) - you need to give a forward jerk on the pouch to get it to come out - it does not seem to come out...
